The end of an era

or at least the end of a four month experiment. In September, we enrolled Andrew, Shawn and Brian in gymanastics thinking it might help them get in shape before wrestling season begins. Well, Wednesday evenings were hectic. Off the bus at 3:40 on the road by 4:05. Gymnastics let out at 5:30 and cub scouts starts at 6:30 until 8:00. And we had to fit in homework and dinner!! With wrestling starting in a few weeks, which happens to be our busiest and most time consuming sport season, we decided to call it quits on gymnastics. At first the boys were a little upset, but then last night they were fine with it. They are ready to move on as well. It's just not for us.

Their teacher, Tracy, was so nice and I think the boys really liked her. But not even that was enough to persuade us to stay. I am relieved personally. It was expensive for three boys and now they have more time to work on school work, which they need.
